6 Policies, Payment & Signature
  • A non-refundable deposit secures your date, sent only after Princess contacts you with your final total.
  • Deposits made the week of your event add a $50 rush fee.
  • Changes are accepted up to 1 week before your order date, after that only approved add-ons.
  • Cancellations forfeit invested funds toward this order, but funds remain usable toward a future order for 6 months (unless cancelled the week of the event, which forfeits the deposit entirely).
  • Pickup is by appointment at Woodrow Hall, schedule at least 2 days ahead. A 15-minute grace period applies both ways, after that a $1/minute inconvenience charge applies.
